Payment

Paypal is preferred as it is the fastest form of payment. Payment through Paypal must be received within 48 hours of purchase in order to process shipping.

If I do not receive Paypal payment within that period I will re-list the item.

If you do not have access to PayPal, email me and we can correspond about alternative options.

If you live in my immediate area, cash is acceptable at pick up or delivery.

Shipping

All Items are shipped via Canada Post regular mail within 2-3 business days after payment is received. I ship to the address listed on your Paypal account unless you tell me otherwise. If your address in Paypal is different from where you want your items sent, please email me so that they get shipped to the correct address.

If you would like an item expedited please email me and I can look into additional costs for priority mail.

I will send you a confirmation email once the item has been shipped. I keep all shipping receipts in case of a dispute.

Please note that shipping charges can not be refunded as they cover the cost for: preparation, materials for packing, the box, and the freight charge.

I can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items while item is being shipped.

Insurance is not included in the shipping cost, but, if you're interested, email me, and I will send you a revised invoice.

Because I try to be as earth friendly as possible, don't be surprised by the creative use of the wrapping and boxing of your purchase! The tree's thank you!

I do offer international shipping but those outside of Canada must be responsible for custom fees.

If you custom order an item please allow 2 weeks for item to be made.

Refunds and Exchanges

I have done my best to provide accurate, detailed pictures of all of my products along with as much written detail as possible. Please email me with any questions or concerns before you make a purchase to avoid dissatisfaction with an item.

Exchanges will only be preformed under certain circumstances, so please email me with an explanation as to why you need the item exchanged, and we can correspond from there. In the case of an exchange all return shipments are at the expense of the buyer and merchandise must be returned in same condition received. If you are unhappy with a purchase you have one week after receiving item to correspond with me to see if exchange can been approved. If approved you have one week to ship the item back.

Due to the nature of custom orders some orders if extremely personalized will not be approved for exchange.

I will exchange any defected item for a similar one, once it has been returned and thoroughly inspected for damage. In the case of a defected item, I will be responsible for re-shipping.

Refunds will not be issued.

I do not offer exchanges or refunds for shipping errors (ie. getting lost or damaged in the mail)

In the matter of sizing, if it is an error on your part(not ordering the right size for the intended recipient) unfortunately I cannot refund. If it is an error on my part, I will gladly exchange for the correct size. So please use caution when ordering an item by size. If ordering for a baby or child, the best practice is to order a size larger than you think may fit at this moment.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All items are made in a non-smoking home.

When making booties I rely on the below chart for standard measurements: The measurements for the particular age bracket listed are standard sizes of the average baby. Please use caution as not all babies fir into the brackets regarding age and size. Best practice is to measure the babies feet prior to ordering.

Please follow the chart below to find the size bracket that would best fit your babies age or approximate foot length.

Shoes will be made 1/4 to 1/2 inch longer than the largest measurement for each size bracket.

Size A age- 0 to 3 months * measurements- 3 1/4" - 3 1/2"

Size B age- 3-6 months * measurements- 3 1/2" - 3 3/4"

Size C age- 6-9 months * measurements- 4" - 4 1/4"

Size D age- 9-12 months * measurements- 4 1/4" - 4 1/2"

Size E age- 12-18 months * measurements- 4 3/4"- 5"
